Bitcoin’s price exists in a range from $80,000 to $100,000 while analysts believe institutional acceptance transforms its market behavior versus past cycles.
Jeff LaBerge from Bitdeer explained Bitcoin market movements to TheStreet Roundtable while serving as Head of Capital Markets for the company.
Before the recent period Bitcoin posed significant challenges in terms of purchase and sales particularly for anyone outside the crypto community. LaBerge explained that Bitcoin has become accessible through ETFs and it exists within investment portfolios. The implementation of futures trading has made Bitcoin more accessible which led to increased market liquidity and behavior similar to risk-on risk-off assets.
According to Nelson veteran Bitcoin holders predict market stability will occur before an impending price increase because of the scheduled four-year halving process. The new investors view Bitcoin as an ordinary asset which they use to react to macroeconomic market fluctuations according to Nelson.
According to Nelson the investors who face hardships in traditional financial systems prefer alternatives such as gold instead of Bitcoin as their safe asset. Investors choose gold over Bitcoin when financial markets experience difficulties because they do not treat Bitcoin as their primary shelter mechanism.
LaBerge declared that Bitcoin holds promising long-term possibilities but its price reacts greatly to short-term economic instability.
The present economic conditions are difficult for Bitcoin because it reacts accordingly to market changes according to him. Market conditions easing should result in a significant price increase within the Bitcoin market.
According to Nelson Bitcoin has a strong probability of maintaining its position above $80,000 until surpassing $100,000 by later this year.
Bitcoin price predictions continue indefinitely according to LaBerge. Fundamentals supporting Bitcoin price increases continue to be extremely positive regarding the long-term market outlook.
